The EFDA & X-Rays Certification + Training is not an optional add-on; it is the requirement set by the State of Florida and the Department of Health to legally practice as a Dental Assistant with Expanded Functions. Imparted by Dental Training For You, an institution licensed by the Commission for Independent Education (CIE) under the Florida Department of Education, the program pairs regulatory certification with hands-on technical proficiency. You will master real-world dental software, US-standard digital radiography and vital life-support skills used in Florida’s top dental clinics.

Requirements

• Prior Experience: basic dental background or active on-the-job training experience (recommended for optimal pacing).
• Dress Code: black scrubs are required for all in-person clinical sessions.
• Technical Access: a computer or tablet with internet access to complete the online theory modules.
