The curriculum blends theory, simulation and supervised clinical practice within a real dental office environment, and includes the training required for radiographic duties.

- EFA 300: Introduction to Clinical Dental Assisting (24 hrs)
- EFA 301: Infection Control and Sterilization (7 hrs)
- EFA 302: Foundations of Dental Assisting and Florida Laws (4 hrs)
- EFA 303: Sciences in Dentistry and Dental Materials (20 hrs)
- EFA 304: Radiology and Safety Procedures
- EFA 307: Clinical Chairside Practice and Radiographic Duties (OJT) Externship (56 hrs)
